Anti-missile missiles prevent missiles from damaging your nation. When shot with another type of missile, an anti-missile missile will negate its effects with 70% probability. Whether or not the anti-missile missile hits, it will still be your round for shooting missiles.
Anti missile missiles are known as flares and can be bought through war room's missile section.
